Lypossage is a series of massages that causes dimension loss and the reduction of cellulite. Lypossage is a safe and affordable alternative to plastic surgery. Lypossage works by cleansing the body of stagnant lymphatic fluid, that can create the lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalance. The deeper Lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue. Lypossage can be performed on 3 different zones of the body. Zone 1 is the hips, thighs, buttocks, and lower abdomen. Zone 2 includes the upper abdomen, back, decollete' (chest and neck), and the arms. Zone 3 is performed on the head, neck, and face and provides and natural face lift.

Helen Baker Massage....................$80/$125/$170

Helen is by far the most experienced Massage Therapist in the region and we are delighted that she has recently returned from her year long hiatus in Phoenix. Helen is available Tuesdays, Thursdays, every other Wednesday and every other Saturday. Her appointments are $80 per hour, $125 for 90-minutes and $170 for 2-hours. Because of high demand for Helen's services prepayment may be required and no-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.

Keep your clothes on for this pressure point therapy based on the principles of acupuncture. Opens energetic meridians, restores range of motion and loosens tight muscles. This energizing modality is done with clothes on and no oils are used. Clients must wear loose fitting clothing such as sweats.

Gentle Myofascial Release & Cranial Sacral Rhythm ..................................................... $70
This combined treatment involves the application of gentle, sustained touch to accomplish balance of cerebro-spinal fluid and significant releases of muscle, fascia, skeletal articulations and rhythmic energies. Soothing and relaxing, these sessions are done with clothes on and no oils are used.

Foot Reflexology.... $70
As reflex points are stimulated on the feet, tension and stress are released all over the body with this ancient healing art. Essential oils of pure Tea Tree and Peppermint clean, purify, soothe and invigorate tired, aching feet. Clients with Athlete's Foot or other contagious foot conditions will be turned away. Ear Candling.................................... $70
Sometimes the best remedies are the simplest. Enhance hearing and clear the canals of excessive build-up with this centuries old technique. Treatments involve six beeswax candles and about one hour and fifteen minutes.

Medical massage is a service that combines postural analysis, orthopedic evaluation, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques. Ron is certified in evaluation and treatment of the cervical spine, upper extremities, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, pelvis and lower extremities, after having studied in a formal medical massage program taught by physical therapists from around the country.

Medical massage is not relaxation massage; it is for treatment of various muscular injuries and conditions. People who should consider medical massage are athletes, people injured at work or in an auto accident, or people who have minor aches and pain, as well as, people who suffer with chronic pain.

Your first session with Ron includes: a complete postural and orthopedic evaluation, treatment and a therapy planto meet your goals and expectations.
